Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I return my product?

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at with your order number and state which items you would like to return. We will provide you with a free shipping label.
  2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on.
  3. Package the products into their original packaging and stick the provided return shipping label on it.
  4. Bring your package to the post office for delivery.

When can I expect my refund?

We will need 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact our customer service department at 888-327-3063 or send us an email at with an explanation and pictures of the damaged or defective mat(s).

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Common shipping methods include U.S. post office, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, USPS.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Our displayed shipping information applies to the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all other countries, please contact us for a customized quote to your destination.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Call our customer service line at 888-327-3061 to get assistance with your order. Be prepared to provide your order details to your customer service representative to include order number, date ordered, and tracking number.

What is a preorder or backorder, and when will my order ship?

Preorders are items that are available for purchase that have yet to be stocked in our warehouse. Backorders are items that have been previously stocked in our warehouse, but the inventory has sold out and is awaiting replenishment. Orders will ship once they have arrived at our warehouse.

What colors are currently available?

The following five colors are available for order: Midnight Black, Snow White, Ocean Blue, Emerald Green, and Amethyst Purple.

What are the sizes of the mats?

Paladin mats come in three different sizes (all sizes in inches):

  • Small: 30.5 inches (l) x 20 inches (w)
  • Medium: 45 inches (l) x 30 inches (w)

What’s the difference between an indoor and outdoor mat?

Indoor mats have a solid anti-static rubber undercoating that keeps the mats flat and stationary. Outdoor mats have a mesh rubber undercoating designed to allow water and snow to pass through to keep the mat dry.

What if I want a different color?

You can exchange your mat for a different color within 30 days of the original purchase date (see our return/exchange policy).

What material is used in the mats?

Paladin Mats use synthetic turf made from polyethylene which is the most commonly produced polymer plastic used throughout the world. Common uses of polyethylene include grocery bags, shampoo bottles, food containers, and children’s toys.
