Our mission is to provide customers with world-class floor mats that enhance the look and feel of your home while inspiring social action to positively impact our world. And while we are a for-profit business, we are also a company with a heart. Paladin Mat Company produces the highest quality products and offers exceptional customer service while taking care of our employees to improve their quality of life.

Paladin Mat Company’s office and manufacturing factory are located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Founded in 1296 as the capital of the Lanna Kingdom; Chiang Mai is rich in history, culture, and traditions. The city is ideally situated in the heart of the Mekong region of Southeast Asia for producing hand-crafted floor mats. Paladin employees are given hope and an opportunity to be a part of a larger community and more importantly to be valued, respected, and treated with dignity. JON PROCTOR
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jon has 20+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and business operations. Jon earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Nebraska specializing in statistics and research methods. His work experiences include CEO of CXLogic, President of Paladin Rescue Alliance, and Director of Analytics for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.
NATTAPAT CHOMPHOOTED
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nattapat brings several specialties to the company including accounting, business finance, logistics, and product innovation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rajabhat University of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her work experiences include Country Director with Paladin Rescue Alliance, Financial Manager for Suzuki Auto Salon, and Project Manager for Children’s Organization of Southeast Asia.
RUNGNAPA MAITANG
Co-Founder and Chief Resource Officer (CRO)
Rungnapa has an extensive background in employee relations, customer satisfaction, program management, and photography/videography. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Thammasat University of Lampang, Thailand. Her work experiences include Director of Social Work with Paladin Rescue Alliance, Human Resources Associate for Ponpipit Limited Partnership, and Assistant Social Worker for Children’s Organization of Southeast Asia.
LEON DAWSON
Director of Marketing
Leon is an IT and marketing professional with over 20+ years of experience in Web Design and Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Project Management and Leadership Skills. Additional experiences include Digital Marketing, Design, Development, Implementation, Support, Testing, Integrations and Business Process analysis. He specializes in implementing project strategies that match core values and business objectives.
PRASHANTH KUSUMBA
Director of Data Analytics
Prashanth has extensive experience in project management, leadership, strategic analysis and business planning. He is a strong engineering professional with a Masters in Computer Technology from Eastern Illinois University. His technical skills include AWS Data Lake, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Data Analytics and Agile Methodologies.
LAURA HALEY
Content Developer
Laura is a content developer for business owners and creatives. She specializes in writing and creating digital marketing content for businesses in a variety of niches world-wide. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the College of Wooster.
